AES VC, S.A.P.I. de C.V. operates Serenity and respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our quizzes, results, website, app, or support.
2. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, such as your email, your name, quiz answers, chat messages and voice interactions within the app, journal entries, saved context ("memories"), support communications, and data needed to deliver your results. We also collect basic technical information, such as language, pages visited, usage events, device, and signals needed to keep Serenity working.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to provide chat and voice features, generate and send your results, respond to support requests, improve Serenity, measure performance, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights, users, and systems against fraud, abuse, or technical failures.
4. Information sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers who help operate Serenity, professional advisors, or authorities when required by law or when needed to protect our rights.
5. Third-party services and artificial intelligence
To provide chat and voice features, Serenity shares certain information with third-party artificial intelligence providers. Anthropic (Claude) processes the content of your conversations, your name, and saved context (“memories”) to generate chat responses. ElevenLabs processes the text needed to generate synthesized voice during voice sessions. This information is used only to provide these features. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising purposes. Embeddings are generated and stored in our own infrastructure (Supabase) and are not sent to external providers. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information with the same level of security we provide and use it only to deliver these features, never for their own purposes or advertising.
6. Minors
We do not collect data from anyone under 18; if one is detected, the account is blocked and deleted.
7. Security and retention
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
8. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by writing to hello@serenityapp.ai. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to limit or object to how your data is processed.
